Outstanding NZ Food Producer Awards 2019 Entry
Entries for 2019 are open from Monday 3 December until 5pm, Monday 25 February 2019.
Our esteemed panel of judges will assess the finest New Zealand produce at AUT School of Hospitality & Tourism in Auckland on Saturday 9 March 2019. Gold and Silver Medals will be announced on Tuesday 19 March. Winners, including the Supreme Champion, will be announced on Tuesday 16 April 2019. Judging samples to arrive by Friday 8 March by 4 pm at the latest to Carmel Clark, 101 Onehunga Mall, Onehunga, Auckland. Phone 027 488 1025 Office hours 8.30 to 4.30pm.
How to Enter
When you submit the form below you will be taken to our secure payment page where you can pay using a credit card. Entry is confirmed when the details are completed and the judging fee of $100+GST ($115) is paid. Please complete a separate entry form for all products.
When filling out the Entry Form complete an answer in ALL boxes. If the question is not relevant put ‘not applicable’. If you are unsure of which category your product should be entered under please select ‘Unsure’ and we will categorise it.
All products entered are eligible for our special awards, judged by our expert panel. Just hit the tick box if you want your entry to be considered for these.

Judging is made on the following criteria:
PRODUCT (80%) Quality, taste, consistency, visual appearance, innovation, packaging (if applicable).
SUSTAINABILITY (10%) Sustainable business practices in producing the product. For more detail on sustainability see here.
BRAND STORY (10%) The story of your brand, how you got here, where you’re going, what makes your product special and demonstrates your passion.
